What exactly do you create?
We make handcrafted slideshow films from your photos and videos. Each project is edited with care, no AI shortcuts, and delivered digitally (with optional keepsake formats like USB).
Can you use my favorite Top 40 song in my film?
We get this one a lot! Unfortunately, big-name tracks (think Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, etc.) are protected by copyright and can’t legally be synced into films without the proper license. That means we can’t include Top 40 hits in your keepsake.
That said — if you happen to be best friends with the artist (lucky you!) and can get written permission, we’ll absolutely roll with it. Otherwise, we source amazing licensed tracks that give your story the same emotional punch without the legal red tape.
Do you digitize old photos, tapes, or film reels?
No — we don’t provide digitizing services. All photos and video clips must be provided to us in digital format.
Do you handle event setup or on-site support?
No — we don’t travel or manage AV setups. We provide the finished film files, ready for you (or your event team) to display at your gathering.
Will I be charged tax?
Our slideshow films are a service, so they are not taxed. The only exception is if you order a physical keepsake (like a USB or DVD), which may include sales tax.
Who is responsible for how the film is used or displayed?
Once delivered, you are responsible for how your film is used or shown. We cannot be held liable for copyright violations, venue issues, or playback logistics.
Can I make changes later if something big happens?
Yes! Life doesn’t stop after the film is finished. We offer add-on updates—so if you want to include a new milestone, extra footage, or a future celebration, we can extend or refresh your keepsake.
Do I get to review the film before it’s finalized?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a draft to watch and request adjustments. We want you (and your family) to love the finished story.

How many photos or clips should I send?
Essentials: up to 50 photos and 0–2 video s
Signature: up to 75 photos and 3–5 videos
Legacy: up to 150 photos, 5-10 videos, plus interviews or questionnaires
What if I don’t know what to say in my interview?
That’s what we’re here for. We’ll guide you with simple, heartfelt prompts so you sound natural, not rehearsed. Think conversation, not performance.
What’s the turnaround time?
Most films are delivered within 2–3 weeks depending on complexity. Don't worry, we'll be in constant communication. Rush delivery (within 72 hours) is available as an add-on.
How do I send you my photos and videos?
We accept uploads via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or another digital transfer service. After booking, we’ll share easy instructions.
What if I send way too many photos or clips?
No problem. Send it all—we’ll help curate the best moments so your story feels full but not overwhelming. We’ll guide you if we think something should stay or go.
What formats do you deliver in?
Films are delivered as high-resolution digital files ready to play on any device. Signature and Legacy packages also include a vertical (9:16) version for mobile and social sharing.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions: 1 for Essentials, 2 for Signature, and 3 for Legacy. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed.
